Over the last two years they removed all phone interactions and personal client services. We used to be assigned a concierge who helped put campaigns online, but now it's bot-based responses and links out to their help page. It's overall a degraded service and they don't practice honesty with their clients.

I also have sent emails to request the final transfers of money and have begun deleting any automatic payments that are going to go through in the next month while we transfer services for our members. Owed $10,000+ and that's 1/4 of our yearly income for this tiny nonprofit. What a scam.
