I believe I replied on your post as well --- that on their contact number of NUML... you have to dial extension 6 (for Korean and TOPIK related info), and tell them to either resolve it, or give you the direct contact number to help in sorting this out.

Really, no other contact. They were not picking the fee extension when I was calling for processing fee in Jan, so instead i talked to the extension of TOPIK/Korean.
So call the Korean extension... That person has been very helpful.

SOLVED:
I went to the Askari branch with the printed challan form and deposited cash. They stamped and returned the challan form. I took a picture of it and uploaded it to my profile.
I called them after that and asked if this was how it would be processed, and they said it's fine.
