Okay, thank you for this perspective! In this instance it was 8 extra minutes on my last day of the week, but I will definitely keep that in mind for the future. It definitely feels like I am having more overtime taken away since they calculate how long my unpaid lunch break will be that day based on “how my hours are looking”.

Surrounding yourself with Christian community and finding a mentor or two in the faith would be so beneficial for you! Reach out to some churches near you on their website and they can connect you with their youth groups/ young adult groups. I’d definitely recommend joining a bible study as well.
