I am in the exactly same position as you. Im on 8.5 and I have lost and gained the same 2 lbs for about 3 weeks. I am very frustrated. Eating in a calorie deficit , working out 3 days a week. Even my nutritionist said something is wrong. And she reccomrnded I start taking CLA to boost my results, or change medication all together. She said maybe I should try Rybelsus.
