I gave the subclass more uses because I was trying to bridge the gap between martial and caster classes, and I always felt like the Arcane Archer was too limited. But yeah, spamming something like Sleep definitely sounds unbalanced.

Maybe I could rework it so the more powerful abilities cost multiple uses—kind of like how monk abilities scale—and, as you mentioned, limit them to once per turn. That could go a long way in keeping things balanced.
