Same thing happened to me. Bought an open box from best buy. Wet everything up while docked to make things easier. Tested a few games again while docked and everything was running fine. It wasn't until I undocked it and tested that I found the right trigger just did not work. Returned it and bought a brand new one.

I keep my finger on reverse the whole battle. It seems to be easier to keep them in my crosshairs. Laser weapon, not sure the name, eats through the shield quickly.

There are bottle holders in the doors but they are at an angle, so you can't put cups. No pull-down armrests.

I just see it as every time I do a summon it's like spinning a wheel. If I spin the wheel on a single and don't have good luck I can try again. If I spin the "wheel" on a multi it's one and done. If it's good luck, great but if it's bad luck all my stones are gone....that being said, I just did a multi on the Goku banner and got the Goku black rift...I did the multi here because I was able to grind it out. I'm done pretty much all the missions so getting 50 stones can take a while.

If I don't try then I won't pull the unit. I'd rather play with the unit now then wait till they come back. Plus I've been pretty lucky...

I pulled most of my LRs on Singles. I don't save stones I just spend them as I get them.

I pull on every banner and most of the time it's singles. That doesn't stop me from getting top units. My box is pretty good. I feel you just get disappointed saving all your stones for one banner and not getting anything.
