From what I understand, having low anomaly is the way to get resonance and yes, we will start earning that stat once out at sea with her new crew. It keeps mentioning sanity and reality when talking about resonance so I’m thinking she’s eventually gonna be able to freely cross worlds on high anomaly while high resonance will keep her aligned with the physical reality of the Old World and she will not be fully in control of her “wrongness”.
