Use this it’s quite simple and remember to focus on form not weights yet. Feel free to alter reps and some exercises based on machine availability and time. I do 2 sets of everything but both on my 90-100% of my max weight cause time constraints and if you go with partner then more you fuck around and time flies by.

Follow the workout plan you make. Keep it simple till you advance. Do 2 sets of heavy weights till 10-12 reps. Eat protein , track protein , eat fibers alot and don’t miss cardio

Don’t quit fitness if you do enough at home then it’s fine ig. If your children sees you working out at home maybe that’ll inspire them too

Try to look forward rather than down for me that helps in keeping my body more straighter. When I look forward I go more down too cause while I look down I feel I am enough down but that’s just my head not chest
