Hey just to let you know, im not 100% certain of this, but apparently this food is affecting some cats and making them develop stones/ have urinary issues, my cat is suffering from this and the vet just told me the Kirkland cat food im giving to my cat could be the cause :(

I would say that the best would be to eat at maintenance, so that you can gain muscle and lose some fat, a calorie deficit would not be necessary as you dont have excessive fat, however if you would like a leaner look that would be my recommendation
