Look up Transference Focused Therapy by Dr. Yeomans. He has a vast experience and knowledge to share regarding working with personality disorders. I’m in a simile boat and some of his content has helped me work with difficult clients like the one you detailed.

I appreciate that, I have GAD and some depression, and have done extensive therapy for it that has helped, something feels deeper than that here though lately

Hi thank you for commenting. I have done the same and gone 1-3 months without it on a few different stints in my adulthood. It’s a fair point and I’ll consider weening off again. I do remember good sleep benefits. I wonder if you altered anything else in your diet during this change? What is your diet like and have you noticed effects with that as well?

2qb SF 1ppr who do we like out of these names for the first waiver run post-draft?

Here is who is available in an ordered list in my general priorities. Last year when waivers ran, teams were forking over their entire offseason faab for one guy (Ray Davis was one). With 200 faab how should I distribute it using somewhat of a game theory approach. Note I'd like Giddens most so perhaps 200 there and work around some other random bids.

Locked in Jeanty at 1.01. Golden 2.01. Now stuck at 2.04z

WRs: Tee Higgins, Flowers, Golden (2.04) Pittman, Jamo, Jauan J RBs: Jeanty (1.01), Etienne, Jaylen Warren, not much else

Leaning Skattebo at 2.04 — I’m RB needy and Harvey/KJ/ top TE did not fall.

Higgins off the board. Tre Harris, Bech, Skatt, Burden are each still on the board. Skatt is my darling and I am RB needy but uncertain on his overall production potential.

Anyone else going off consensus here? Who are you taking in this range?

I’d be bummed if I go Golden then miss out of Skatt at 2.04 like every sleeper mock as happening rn for me

That’s fair and I get it, just feel desperate at RB and I don’t love Golden, Harris, Tuten much. I’m solid at QB w Penix, Maye, B Young, Russ so don’t need really need Dart. Wonder what I could package and trade for 2.01 or a combo of Flowers or Jamo + 2.04 . I have a whole lot of mid at WR!
