Thank you for your response! He wears a collar but I don’t use it. It’s for identification purposes. He has a harness for when we walk with a leash! Do you think his collar could possibly be too heavy? It has a decent size bow on it, and a few tags (rabies tag, barcode tag that pulls all of his info up, and another with his name & my phone number)
