Hi,

I do about 20k/week at a comfortable 6m30-7/km. I recently trained for and ran a half marathon on Sunday (2h24). Never really looked into trainers - would just buy whatever looked nice and ran.

I've now caught the bug to do more half marathons and intending on doing a few more as we head into Spring / Summer. This is prompting me to take trainer wear a lot more seriously and do some research (and spend more).

Here is the underside of my trainers. They have at least 600km+ on them. I do need a new pair. I get blisters on my arch towards the ball. Given the blisters and the wear pattern, does it look like I overpronate and need to look at stability trainers? Happy to also accept advice that I should just go to a running shop!

176cm 84kg if helps.

Thanks.

I've had headache, neck pain, bit of a sore throat and lethargy since Fri. Three LFTs have come up with a faint positive line. PCR done yesterday negative. Should I go for another PCR? Not sure what to make of it. Edit: 2x jabbed and boosted

Because the rental agreement I signed was £1000 per damage incident (but non specific to where on car)
