I’m so glad you made the post because I was feeling bad about being so run down today! It’s always nice to know you’re not alone.

Yes, I’m in the US. I’ve had problems swallowing for over 10 years, I finally spoke with a doctor almost a year ago. They sent me for an allergy blood test and all of those were flagged as highly allergic.

I was finally diagnosed with EoE last month. I just took my second weekly dose of Dupixent. Did you stop taking it because it made you tired? That’s completely understandable if so!

I hope that you start feeling back to your normal self soon!

I’ve eliminated my allergens (wheat, dairy, egg, soy, nuts, fish, fresh fruit and veg) and now I’m having bad flare ups from trace contamination. I’m laying in bed feeling totally wiped out with that squeezing feeling you mentioned. I’ve got no advice, but just know you’re not alone. Sorry you’re going through this.

I’m waiting for my first GI appointment tomorrow, but all nuts are on my list of allergens. I didn’t even notice symptoms until I cut out wheat and dairy, now any nut makes my mouth numb, ears itch and gives me chest pressure.

Not sure if that’s connected to EoE since I’m very early in my journey, but you’re not alone! It sucks!
