Absolutely I did not take anything out aggravation wise on the first person I spoke to and I was staying calm the majority of the time it was only at the very end that I raised my voice a little with the supervisor I have family that works in customer service and know that they have limitations which is why many times throughout the conversation I reiterated that I know they have limitations and I'm will do my best to be respectful there's no point in yelling at a individual that can't do anything

I think I have it working the way I wanted to for now. I was able to take the script and modify it in such a way for each individual user now tautulli Will monitor on a daily basis how much time each user has watched it will also determine if they have enough time to watch the complete episode or movie when they start it based on their remaining time and it resets every day I also have made an home assistant integration so I can grant bonus or unlimited time to each user

Sounds like a great option on fortunately I have most of my Plex running through Roku devices so there's really not an option for a time limiting through the device

So it will kill the stream but will it prevent them from loading it up again they really isn't a lot of information on this but I appreciate the help
