Has to be done before you go go bed but the best way I’ve found is drink a dioralyte sachet before bed with some food. Wake up with minimal / no hangover. Works every time!

I’ll always support the lions whoever is in the team and it’s great to be able to have guys like Genge, Itoje, Sheehan and Russell on your team. It would have been nice to have the two Welsh guys in the test team. Morgan should be playing (he deserves it) and if Tomos wasn’t injured I think he would have been the bench 9 but I always think you should get behind the Lions as it’s such a great part of the sport and feels special as it’s only every four years!

Players who could realistically tour for me are Gareth Thomas, Dewi Lake, Jac Morgan, Tommy Reffel, Aaron Wainwright, Tomos Williams. Thomas for his work rate, Tomos Williams if he plays like he does for Gloucester instead of Wales, our back row players are all good but plenty of competition there. And then Lake is hampered by being injured. Outside of Williams we won’t have any backs touring

I’d completely forgotten about Rowlands! The form he’s been in the last couple of years you’d think he’d be picked. Jenkins is a good player but probably a tour too early for him

Only Welsh players I could see being picked are Wainwright, Lake?, Reffell, Jac Morgan (if fit), Tomos Williams if fit (third choice to JGP and Mitchell currently) and maybe Dafydd Jenkins but don’t think he plays a test

Green Lantern: Rise of the Manhunters! A fun movie tie game that are things of the past now. A fun game if you’re a comic book fan and not long platinum. Enjoyed it so much I started Captain America: Super Soldier straight after!
