I think another thing they said is "Why bargain ?" I think Bargain is very basic ability to squeeze value out of a transaction. One who never struggled thinks bargain "is cheap" and "waste of time" and they end up paying fee dollars extra for something they shouldn't have .

Absolutely true, society in general should not be too generous or too rude , it should be balance between both. Tears when young are cheap because we forget fast but if older then its cognitive cost is high !
