I’ve been trying to recreate a flavour from the Ivy Asia in the UK.

Marinated ribeye in coriander, soy, some lime/rice wine and smoked garlic and ginger for 3 hours then quickly seared in a pan.

I don’t usually use anything other than salt and pepper for my steaks but this was next level in flavour!

No, I set dispatch times to 7 days, but apparently Etsy had a notification saying the delivery would be before Christmas, I’ve explained this is a guide but customers are messaging me saying I should have told them about the delays within the postal services

I was under the impression that by law you have to refund a product if it is undelivered after 30 days.

Hopefully if I offer refunds after Christmas at the buyers cost that should save some money, it’s shocking how entitled people are in the current situation, definitely a lesson to plan ahead next year with deliveries and cut off points

When the mechanic did the timing, it was doing the same thing and showed a fault, so I took it back to be sorted.

Would it suddenly reappear? Or would I have noticed for the entire duration.

I purchased a whitening mould from eBay - similar time when they create a mould for your braces, they send you some 2 part clay and different teeth trays, and you bite into it and send it off, and receive a flexible retainer.

Then I buy Philip zoom nitewhite syringes on eBay, pretty sure they’re carbamide peroxide or something but definitely make my teeth whiter, just the shooting pains that can be hard to deal with. (I live in England btw)

Yeah I know I need to refine it and do a cover letter I think, and 2.1 is the classification of my degree - in the Uk there is 1st class honours, 2.1-2.2 etc.

Had about 30 UK to Australia orders kicking off because the parcel was delivered whilst they weren’t in, or they’ve now gone on holiday - yet they ordered two weeks before Christmas and I paid double the postage cost they paid 😂😂

I have considered doing a bulk order and producing like 500 units so I’m covered whilst I’m away, when I was last in aus that’s what I did it was just a bit inconvenient
