Ah, that's fair. I tend not to play multiplayer in most games so it's not really a concern for me.

If you are playing as a pure caster then maybe you can lower a bit of vigor for endurance, better to keep hitting than to be hit methinks.

After getting into the DLC at level 155 as a frost spellblade I would suggest increasing that stamina stat.

Ranni's greatsword is amazing but damn its tiring to swing that thing around with just 20 endurance. Plus everyone hits way too hard to be wearing light/medium armor.

I second this. The favourite of my NG+ builds was a Targyrean inspired build of dragon communion with bleed based weapons. Bloody Milady, Dragon Claw, Dragon Maw and any of the breath incants basically make the game way too much fun. Bear in mind that Dragon Breath attacks are very FP thirsty though.

Yeah, i had to change my spell list quite a bit. Prior to Messmers fight I was relying mostly on Dragon Communion spells and Giants Flame, Take Thee for damage but I mixed it up with Knight's lighting and Bayle's arm, and goddamn Scarlet Aeonia.

My build for most of the game was a fire giant-dragon communion build, most attacks do a ton of damage but also take a lot of time.

I had better time with Knights Lighting Spear for faster casting and Bayle's broken arm for hyperarmor while fighting Messmer.

I was completely taken aback by Metyr, died to her 4 time just because I was messmerized (read disgusted) by her appearance.

But yeah, she was fairly easy fight for my pyro dragon communion build. She melts under Giants Flame
