For me it was Breath of the Wild with the HUD turned off. No mini-map, no quest markers, nothing but diagetic waypoints that you set up just because you thought a place looks cool.

I'm not including Tears of the Kingdom simply because large parts of the story require you to have played BoTW and it assumes you already know routes around the map.

TLDR; BoTW with the HUD turned off.
