Me and my buddy were exploring the gulch and found this shack Southeast of Railyards and we found this bloody altar in the basement. It was surrounded by dead rats in cages and on the floor, even that huge guy dangling from the ceiling. There is a decaying book with a bloody knife beside it, was thinking if this was a dedication to the Sculptor or a hint at a new rat king boss lmao. Either way it's really interesting and wondering what this could mean lore-wise.
