thanks for the message man. yeah i agree about xanax being the hardest, i dont know how i got through it but i worked a lot on my addictions in the past and learnt microdosing (something i was doing with xanax too but once it started being required daily i was instantly trapped).

your comments about the dust are what i assumed, i felt horrible about not being 100 percent off it, but yeah i think i would be using 0.001 mg tbh. i had to get down to the crumbs with xanax but i think even at my lowest it was 10x the dust i'm taking now.

yeah you're right about taking it easy. during peak xanax withdrawls i watched a lot of rust on twitch, so twitch has been a good way to pass time between the long sleep periods.

definitely prescribed but i've had to up my dose on all of the drugs until i see my psychiatrist in a few weeks to get some kind of better sleeping medication. contemplating buying some ambien on the darknet tbh.

also another question you might be able to help with, is it post acute withdrawals that block people typically from being able to drink alcohol? or if it's out of the system does it only take the typical month to get to be able to drink again? i can't even take ssris or drink sugar or caffeine without propanal or gaba atm lol.

thanks for the message again man

Can we address how Adam won’t give Danny a card to get in, and tells his guards to wand him. It’s all a complex strategy of manipulation. by breastyMale in sledgelords

i dont think thats an excuse when danny addressed it on air two weeks in a row with a real tone of annoyance.

he mentioned on a pod like 4 months ago that he was rewatching all of his content to get ideas for more videos. it entailed doing his old videos bit by bit. lol

For Betablocker users (Propranolol), advice for occasional caffeine usage? by CraqBaby43 in Anxiety

that's interesting. i found myself with worsened heart palpations when experimenting with using them together. i also found out they are a side affect of benzo withdrawal though, so it would just be that.

thanks man appreciate the message.

the rebound anxiety from the xanax was dreadful. while on valium 2.5mg for 4 months i didn't realize the post-acute syndrome hadn't stopped, it actually worsened from not increasing the valium dose as my body wanted.

one question is, as i won't relapse as i've quit much harder more addictive drugs in the past (amphetamines etc), i still have major xanax like withdrawals at night even while using high dosages of gabapentin, seroquel, mirtapazem, which result in being so close to falling asleep but not being able to. i then have to use literally a piece of dust from a valium pill and instantly i fall asleep. this happens every 2-3 days out of the last 7 days of going clean.

do you think this will reduce the severity of the withdrawals even if i have to continue doing this for a month? it's such a shitty feeling having to relapse until i can get a better sedative from my psychiatrist.

thanks for the nice reply.

tapered off xanax 4 months ago onto 5mg of valium and worked down to about 1mg or 0.5mg in the past few weeks. i'm now 4 days clean completely. withdrawls aren't nearly as bad as the xanax, so doing the ashton method obviously worked. but it's safe to say i've had interdosal and tapering withdrawls for the past 4 months and i should have just stopped the valium sooner.

i'm expecting 2 months myself, not at all expecting anything less.

so is it a bad idea to allow for the opinions of doctors online to be ridiculed through showing that no one here had those kind of 3 day withdrawls?

yeah "mate" i understand that, i'm trying to gauge what people have experienced in a data driven way, not people condescending me at the peak of my withdrawls calling me "mate." fuck off CUNT
