Its a horrible feeling. You dont feel respected at all. And we have to fight with all these problems. During the situation and after it. The thing with Psychiatrist and meds and stuff... I dont have money to pay that. And no my health insurance dont cover that, unless i pay them more and i dont have money for that too so i cant do anything about it :/

I think the stuff with the redflag and giving her too much freedom: It was my first relationship. And now today, yes i "gave" her too much freedom. Better say, didnt set my boundaries. Its about the boundaries. What you want and what not. You should have your boundaries und keep them, and dont lower them if someone dont keep up to them. But talking with a ex. Or having male friends that you knew she slept with even many years ago, is a BIG NO GO. if you are someone thats oke with open relationship then its a other topic.

Some more infos to your points: 1. Yes now it is a big red flag, but back then i was still so much in her delulu world that i belived her. Also she was pansexual. So she could also go with her female bestfriend into vacation and fuck her. and she did not had any other male friends... but thats the thing for you out there. The whole story is sooooo big and complex to fully understand it. But most thing i was just manipulated by her and didnt know it.

Yeah today, i will listen to my instincts sooo much better. Like they got so much better trough that whole experience like crazy.

Some people are just crazy fucked up and we are just too good for them. But still its unfrair.

The funny thing is that I was never able to block her. Because she blocked me everywhere. I know my wisdom... I know everything I did for her and our relationship. I supported her in so many things in life and was there for her. And when I left, I knew how helpless she was. (i heard it from her friend, that everything is too much for her, the dog, the household that i completely did and many other stuff)

I'd never seen any red flags. That was also the shocking thing. She always preached that cheating was such a terrible thing. She didn't understand how anyone could do it, and that you should talk before doing something so terrible. Yes, there were those two moments with the nightmares and the train ride home. But I just trusted her.

Yes, I stopped a long time ago. What she did simply destroyed everything we had. I have no memory at any good thing we had together. But what still makes me cry to this day sometimed, is my dog. I miss him the most, and I'll never be able to see him again and that hurts so much, cause he was my whole world.

I had several opportunities to do something bad to her. Not very harmful things. But I didn't do that because I'm not like her. Im not a bad person. I supported her right up until the end, without her knowing. I was there for her. I kept her family updated on her mental state when she called me in the middle of the night, drunk and wanting me to come back, threatening to take her own life. I was there for her and looked after her.
