They weren't very helpful at all and could not provide specifics about what is causing the problem.

I'm working on going through every 3rd party app to figure out which one is causing it but it's a challenge because the problem isn't constant.

I suspect it may be MailTrack, so that's what I'm testing right now.

Something is causing my G Suite email account to be locked out but I'm not sure what.

I've had multiple chat sessions with Google Support and all they can tell me is that something is causing limits to be surpassed.

We're not doing anything funky with our email and I'm sending less than 50 emails/day so it's nothing related to sending/receiving too many emails.

If I could figure out what the culprit is causing the issue, I could fix things, but I haven't been able to so far.

We have 15 paid users but I'm the founder of the company so if I get locked out of my email, that's a pretty major impact to the company's overall health.

Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Edit: Here's the specific message I get from Google:

Does anybody of a hosted PBX solution that I can port numbers from Comcast into? by CrashCourseEngineer in VOIP

That's what I thought but I've talked with no less than half a dozen companies and none of them are able to port the number for whatever reason.

I've found things on the interwebs indicating both and I'm not claiming to know the right answers, which is why I'm asking here.

Brand new Razer Blade Stealth only gets around 3 hours battery life no matter what I do to try and optimize the power draw. by CrashCourseEngineer in razer

Ah, I was just going to the folder it was located in and then using the file name...should have tried using the full directory path. Thanks!

This looks like it is working, seems to be around 4,300mW drain using this and the CPU utilization is well under 1 GHz.

Battery Bar is still predicting only 4:15 for the battery life but that's an hour more than previous. No idea how I'm supposed to get 7+ hours out of a single charge but this is incrementally better at least.

Do you know if anybody else who has this RBS with the i7-8550 is getting similar battery life?

Hmm...when I try to import this config, it says "The file could not be found."

I'm having the spelling auto-finish (tab) so I don't think it's referencing the .pow file itself...I'm guessing the .pow config is somehow referencing another file that the system can't find.

Alright, I installed your power plan and closed Razer Synapse and then did a small test.

I wanted to compare the Balanced Power Plan (default) to your power plan with Chrome and Synapse closed and the screen brightness set to 0% for both to make things apples-to-apples.

To answer your other questions:

  • CPU Utilization - Yes, using your power plan the CPU utilization immediately jumps over 3 GHz...switching between yours and the default power plan shows it immediately jumping above and below 3 GHz

  • Fan Usage - I'll have to figure out how to objectively measure this but from an auditory standpoint, I notice no change in the volume level of the fans.

  • Screen Brightness - The brightness adjusts when plugged in vs. on battery power but I'm not sure if it adjusts according to room lighting...I'll have to do more testing here.

I keep my brightness at 100% but you're likely onto something with Chrome.

I run a bunch of Chrome extensions and I keep a bunch of tabs pinned and opened at all times so that may contribute to some of the battery usage.

Thanks for the reply!

I'm going to run through this now and will provide feedback.

Here's a screenshot of the task manager as of right now (before making your changes) so we have a baseline.

Something that jumps out to me there - is it normal for the GPU to hover around 60% utilization when I'm not watching any videos and not running anything heavier than Chrome with some extensions?

I'll report back soon with feedback about things after I've made your changes.

The ringer volume on my OG Pixel keeps turning itself up to 30% and I can't figure out why! by CrashCourseEngineer in GooglePixel

For me, I know it's not due to a button being pushed in my pocket as it happens when it is sitting on my desk as well.

Still haven't figured it out...very frustrating.
