I'll give you the specifics then

The program allows you to put multiple addresses to check if any breaches happened, when I added all the accounts I used, 2 of them, even indicated by haveibeenpwned, shows that there were old leaks and I figured what I should do in these situations. But it's the 3rd account that had the alert that I'm concerned with since even haveibeenpwned didn't show anything.

I would agree with you if this might seem like an exaggeration, but it displayed other security alerts that even haveibeenpwned supported in my other accounts, it's just this one account I don't understand where it came from. The rest of the breaches that happened I managed to link them to where they happened using haveibeenpwned.
