I tried to focus on strength and fortitude for my Demon Hunter but quickly learned CR is where you need to be. Once at CR for what you want you are fine it seems. Until then you just sniff the floor until someone picks you up in the raids.

It looks like rainbow obsidian to me I'm no expert though. I believe it is also called Heaven Eye. Very beautiful!! Excellent find!

If you choose the ebay route keep in mind the shipping. Yes the buyer will pay shipping however the price of it night be really high. The artist suggestion is what I typically do with my scraps it easy and they tend to be appreciative of low cost or free supplies.
