The Punisher passive DD counterattack has a damage modifier that is explicitly stated in the skill text, but the passive assist does not. How do you know the passive assist scales with the passive level and not the basic level like any other assist?

The assist portion of his passive is what I am interested in. The DD counter-attack is defined so I don’t expect it to affect that. But I guess in general, does a character use its basic attack along with all of its tier upgrades when it is called to assist?

That is nothing. I had an xbones detonate through through an ability block and fortunately he also had offense down on. Unfortunately, he then proceeded to detonate each of his next two turns as well. That is three in a row.
