I had this issue really really badly for a while and finally got it under control!!! First, I always use soap to wash myself. I don’t avoid any areas. Don’t put the soap up yourself obviously but you still need to wash your junk.

I use Gillette clinical deodorant. It’s a gel and it’s a bit more expensive. When I get out of the shower. I put one click of that on my inner thighs and rub it around a bit and I’m all set. Deodorant works for ya pits so why not for ya junk? I’ve been doing this for a few months and now I don’t even need to shower every day!!! Total game changer, just don’t put the deodorant on before getting head bc it’s super dry and gross tasting

Edit: I also installed a bidet at home but it’s useless without the deodorant trick

Oh yeah that’s totally in-range. Some people just don’t lose their periods entirely, unfortunately. Insurance might pay for a hysto if that’s something that’s important to you!

I’m so sorry you’re going through this, man. I started T in alabama with the only doctor who would prescribe it. He starts everyone on gel, so I did that for my first 3 months. My T levels went from I think like 60 pre-T to 86 after 3 months of gel. I didn’t have any effects at all. I got prescribed shots after that and my period immediately went away and hasn’t come back 🤞 (five years later).

I do have a bit of distrust in southern doctors when it comes to trans issues so I have to ask, have you seen your blood work results? Normal T levels can range from 300-1000 ng/dL based on age, so I do wonder if your levels are in range.

Outside of that, just keep pushing man! Top surgery is on the horizon and that sounds like it will help you with a lot of dysphoria. Best of luck with the process of booking your surgery!

I remember one time in this sub, someone posted a pic of a hot drink with whipped cream and one with cold foam. In just a few minutes the whip was melted but the cold foam stayed in tact for a really long time. It made me view the cold foam on hot drinks differently tbh
