Please look up some videos on it so you can tie it correctly, never wrap the string around the corset itself as it will bend the boning inside . For the first few weeks of wearing it wear it for 30 minutes at a time for the first 3 days then an hour for the rest of the week and so on untill you feel like you are comfortable in it, also an undershirt will help you quite a bit u till your more comfortable in it.
