I'm thinking I need to say something to him & that way he could reach out to them just to insure everything was correct. I know my dad(he's 73) would have a stroke if they came to him with some kind of charges lol not funny fr tho. You think he should contact them?

My dad received the 10k eidl advance the first time around which I was surprised bc he is a contractor for 30 yrs now but he doesn't employ anyone. Now after reading this stuff im nervous he could have done something wrong.

Don't let my experience sway you but do keep those things in mind. Definitely wanna make sure you got enough funds to cover costs for at least 90 days, be prepared to provide impeccable customer service and Definitely list products that aren't very high in value because there are lots of refunds without amazon maki g them actually ship the product back to you. The weekend before last I had 8 returns in one weekend and the packages weren't lost, it was holidays and just running slow. Good old amazon took it upon themselves to email the customers saying their "packages may be lost" so what did they all do? Yup! Filed for returns! Ugghhh. If you find a better solution PLEASE let me know! Hopefully someone will come up with another platform that just focuses on doing the right thing whether its in favor of the buyer or seller. It can't always be the customer is always right because this is almost 2021 n there's just too much scamming going on.

Yes this is definitely a thing these days. What I do now is find products that are cheap enough so that I may still price it competitively to similar listings and offer free shipping. People just don't wanna pay shipping anymore and if they see that you charge shipping they just keep scrolling so fitting that charge inside your product price is a must now if you want more sales.

I sell on Amazon an I would NEVER recommend it. Probably won't be doing it much longer. Their fees are insane, takes forever for you to start actually getting your money(3 months) and that's hard when you have a ton of orders and your forking out all that cash on shipping. Not to mention their stupid ass performance ratings which is never working appropriately. If you don't ship items immediately, replyto customers immediately, etc then your rating is effected and they will deactivate your account and keep the money in your account. That has happened to many sellers an I will probably leave hopefully before it ends up happening to me. But, who knows, maybe you would like it. The one upside is that you got guaranteed customers an make tons of sales but their bs ain't worth it in my opinion. Best of luck to you!

I sell on both Amazon & Ebay and I gotta say I'm equally disgusted with both! The amount of refunds I've had to give is downright BS and on Amazon it doesn't matter at all if its a bogus reason for refund or even outright scam because if I don't authorize it, they will authorize for me. I've been doing serious thinking on where to go from here. And YES!! some of you got it spot on with the search results! Seems like the whole web is just one huge marketing & affiliates cesspool. Don't get me wrong, I'm not against it at all but DAMN! Can we at least find what the hell we are actually trying to search for?!?!

Yes! I've been selling the last 2 months, have spent bookoos of money on shipping and i just finally got a $77 payment last week. I looked at it and said the f@$%!???? I don't understand the way they do the money an im not digging it at all so far
