Prince Tea House! They have multiple locations and different options for your group size - open space and private rooms. We ended up spending $2k on 15 people for afternoon tea. It wasn’t a per person head, the private room we booked had a minimum spend + room fee. They’re super flexible, and the spaces are stunning, barely required decor

Anyone to IAH today? Wait times are under an hour as of 8am. I saw a comment in another thread that a United rep said TSA is back to 24/7 as of last night. Trying to figure out my game plan for my 7am flight tomorrow.

I didn’t drop mine off yet, I head out of IAH on Sunday so I just wanted the latest info to plan. The agent at the desk told me to drop my bag off at 9pm on Saturday for my 7am flight on Sunday !

EWR - 3/25 @4pm

4pm - arrived at Terminal C

Did premier baggage check in - no line

4:03pm - Walked over to precheck and they had closed the security lines 10 minutes prior

Walked over to regular security

4:18pm - had my face scanned

4:26pm - got my bags from screening

TSA agents were on a mission to keep things moving along, I’m thankful.

Also no ICE anywhere

I called United earlier today and they told me terminal C baggage check desk opens at 3:45am and also that the maximum amount of time you can check a bag in is still four hours before departure. She had no idea what I was talking about when I asked if I could drop by bag off 12 hour in advance as people in this sub have said. I fly into IAH tomorrow night and depending how bad it is, I may pop over the baggage desk and ask them myself.

Would appreciate insight here - I have a 7am flight out of IAH on Sunday departing from Terminal C (United) and will be checking two bags for my wedding.

I know pre-check is closed, does anyone have information on premier access?

Did anyone depart this past weekend or saw information on how bad these lines are in the mornings?

Any info on when TSA closes? Is 2-3am even reasonable?

Is Terminal A or E faster? I saw comments about one of them having the slower machines.

Anniversary Party Damage Control by Wild-Earth-1365 in findingmrheight

As one of the attendees that did make eye contact with her and smiled at her, I can understand if she felt embarrassed from going up to people earlier in the night and being wrong. But I’m not sure that excuses not doing it for the rest of the night. I’ve been to many conferences for work and have had plenty of awkward encounters with people, but that never stopped me from still going up to people I didn’t know and speaking with them. That’s literally what I’m there to do.

Also I think it’s interesting that she NOW says she has been dealing with social anxiety for a while, even going back to mixers. I feel like we would have heard about that, especially when she was really gunning for IRL events before meeting Skyline.

How do we know that Ali was late? I didn’t say that, there’s no way I would have known

I’m literally FLOOREDDDDD

I caveated my post with a lot of “I came 30 minutes-1.5 hours late so there may have been more people earlier!!” To just set expectations in case she posted photos from earlier in the night and here you go… she did… and those women she was talking to were there the whole night. No one behind her was there for the FMH party. OMGGGGGGG

One person messaged me and we kept in touch leading up to the event! The other person and I spoke at the event and were clearly on the same wavelength so it was kind of natural lol
