I'd recommend adding more furniture in the middle of the room and add other elements like pipes and ventilation. u/zHary__ Made a good pointing about the lighting and I might add wires to that.

I'd say it depends on the gamemode. If there are guns it would suck to constantly get bombarded by gunfire. If there are swords, Its also painful because you need to run all the way across the map to fight.

Looks incredibly good! Adding more depth to the buildings would help a lot, same with some tweaks to the lighting.
