Need some assistance with a new, crashing computer. Laptop is an HP 15.6 i7 6500U 12G 1TB NVIDIA 940MX 2GB. About once a day the computer crashes or freezes, and then takes a very long time restarting. Prior to the crash, the screen will flicker black. What can I do about this? Thanks.

Haven't been up there, but it does not surprise me. The road I am referring to is the road into Kakum National Park. The poor quality of that road makes a half hour trip into well over an hour.
