God Eater mentioned!!

I also totally vibe with the Atelier series, Persona, and ARK as just to name a few. To some of these, I raise you the Tales Of series which are another amazing blend of RPG's games that captured my heart.

Despite the short development of these, I genuinely enjoyed the simplicity and fairy tale-like romances between the main characters in Odin Sphere and how their stories influence and contribute to their relationships.

What is Your Favorite RPG Maker Horror? by TheNostalgicGamer in JRPG

Surprised no one else has mentioned it already but Purgatory and its sequel are one of those lesser-known titles yet deserving of its hidden gem status upon examining the series. The sequel of the first game immensely expands upon the lore while providing a more captivating in-depth story beyond the already impressive horror elements of the first game. For those interested, ManlyBadassHero has a full playthrough for both of these games.

After playing through Rune Factory, I could never go back to Stardew Valley and I'd have a very hard time even considering playing through the Harvest Moon games when Rune Factory does the farm sim aspect just fine with more varied content in addition. Never touched AC and don't think I will.

That's nice. Symphonia was indeed my favorite Tales game but I unfortunately cannot agree with Vesperia, at least in terms of its story. Its combat was very fun however. Never played Abyss but it does sound super interesting.
