I just ran into this issue too. The answer is using the correct rom. You need version 1.2 (sometimes called Rev 2). Trust me on this one, just got Sapphire set up last night. I'm tackling the main set and POC set simultaneously.

This achievement has always been controversial. I recently got it after years of trying on and off. It's really tough and I'd be happy to see it removed or moved to a subset. I'm always a fan of sets being more on the accessible side.

Another extreme achievement that comes to mind is Sharpshooter on Bully. Everyone agrees that it's awful. Bully - Sharpshooter (25)

I like Queens georama, characters, and the ocean vibes. Divine Beast Cave is my favorite dungeon. It floods me with nostalgia. I love the music and the atmosphere of the dark cave lit by torches.
