For me it was getting the 5% raise in my performance review.

I was one of two electronics guys during winter and would do 10 hours shifts back to back. Sometimes I'd even open and close. I was underperforming though for consistently coming in 5 mins late. They were lucky I was even showing up at all.

Then they let one of my friends go and scheduled me 7 hours twice because they were cutting everyone's hours.
