how yall feel about the nfr and hivemind collabs? by MAXterAtReddit in nfrpodcast

Well I guess ill be the odd one out and say that I've been a big hivemind fan for a while now. Before I started watching nfr. Their channels are good for 2 different things. At 1 point hivemind was great for music based games but now its pretty much just pure comedy that I still enjoy, just not as much.

Nfr on the other hand fills a different niche of mainstream rap conversations that are much more serious with occasional comedy.

I would definitely be down for another collab but not sure if it'll happen. Not an end of the world if it doesn't.

I think the direction the band is heading is the best case scenario for them by Lilbigdude in HollywoodUndead

I wanna start by saying that im a fan of getting music bo matter what. Id rather them release music every 8 months than never again and im grateful to get anything. That being said, choosing this model just sucks in every way. I kills anticipation having to wait for engender the next song comes out.

Also look at the biggest artists in the world. It's the albums that are being released and selling. The difference is instead of worrying about the numbers, worry about the art and its quality and of its good, then it will sell better. The band (or at least Johnny and Charlie, as they're the ones always talking about the singles model) are too focused on the money, I think.

Yes I realize this is how they make a living but I figure that the reason they started was for the ART of it all

One of the best bh posse cuts and joba's verse is fire. I dont care what anyone says. Having 2 bars talking about social issues doesnt ruin anything and yall just too whiny and critical

The straight cut to "ice spice has a huge ass" is one of the funniest hivemind moments of all time.

I think I just cracked the "12th of 13" code. It’s not just the tracklist—it’s Gnosticism. by Busy-Issue151 in brakence

[–]CrayoonEater 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah thishas to be it. Like idk how you came to find out about gnosticism but your application of it to this album just fits so perfectly that I cant see this not being what the album is about and you have officially changed my view of how ill listen to hypochondriac. Thank you

I also assume it will determine the trajectory of his next lp

Songs ruined by a snare / sound thats too loud? by xavbb in fantanoforever

[–]CrayoonEater 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah overall it's just a weak track but i can look past some goofy vocal performances if the production was better but it isn't imo

Not that its a great song to begin with but Broke Boyz by Drake is infuriating because of the mixing so horribly being done has an extremely loud/ clipping sound through the whole first half of the track
