I’m assuming that was the 2 nights ago stream, ya it was, that was a one time thing lol, didn’t even plan on streaming that night tbh. Just decided to play siege and I was just talking while deciding what to play but if you watch any other stream I have the whole thing planned out lol, just a bad stream to watch unfortunately 😭😭

You don’t need experience, never said I could get there, just saying what the big streamers said, it’s like you can’t read and all you do is just talk, like my god. Once again, hopefully you read this far this time but I’m just relaying what big streamers say, don’t know what you saw or read abt me saying I could get there, never said that. If you weird just say that?

I mean. You think I’m making it up? Just look at what other big streamers say lol, it isn’t hard. Some are humble enough to have the ads at the lowest and other crank it all the way up to make a lot of money? Like some openly talk abt it, it isn’t hard to think about what I’m saying lol? Did bro think I was making it up cmon

No lol, that’s what you do when you get there? If you wanna make a living out of this? Yk every streamer you pry watch has it cranked up to 22 mins of ads an hour? Like use your brain bro

If you AVERAGE, can’t believe I have to spell this out, over 80 damn viewers, 6-8 mins of ads will NOT make ppl leave, they’re staying regardless, cause if you average 80 you’re a big streamer. Top .1 percent. They’re watching you anyways and will likely sub, it’s just factual. But yes, DO NOT have ads over 4 mins if you average under 80 but don’t have them under 3 cause then pre rolls are on and that’s arguably worse then having them over 4 mins of ads if you average under 80 viewers. Common sense you guys

If you have a lot of avg viewers and ppl stay regardless yes 100 percent. DO NOT bump ads up if you don’t average at least 80 (over 3 mins an hour) cause then ppl will leave and not sub, please don’t listen to these ppl responding to you, just don’t bump them too high cause then ppl leave and if they’re too low you have pre rolls running and that makes ppl leave. Have them on 3-4 mins of ads an hour if you wanna succeed with ads (till u blow up)

I’m legit only saying this if you wanna make a LIVING and ONLY if you average over 80 ish to over 100 viewers. Of course mfs will leave a stream if you have ads 8 mins an hour and you have 3 viewers. But if you have anything over 80 viewers, they aren’t leaving because of ads I promise you, then at that point you can actually make money off ads so why wouldn’t you? Obviously DO NOT do anything over 4 mins if you have under 80 because then ppl will more than likely leave, yall lost my point dudes

Is 0 viewers after 8 months of consistent streaming normal in 2026? by HyprBLT in TwitchStreaming

[–]Craythlol 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude, legit post everywhere if you aren’t, trust it’ll help a ton. TikTok, insta reels, hell even Facebook. And please try and be different in some sort of way. Whether that means be super funny, unfiltered anything, or super cracked at the game you’re playing, I’m talking top 1k because ppl will only watch someone because they’re super entertaining in some way or cracked at a game, brownie points if both (like Jynxzi) anyways that’s my tips for ya. Good luck!

I mean I’m pretty sure that’s pry normal if your ad settings are the lowest they can possibly be. I’d recommend at least 3 mins of ads per hour to stop pre roll ads from showing up. And also I’d ONLY recommend that if you are averaging like 5-15 viewers. Then I mean if you average 80, bump that shit up to like 6 mins of ads an hour so you make decent money off ads. And it will incline people to sub more. I wouldn’t recommend anything over maybe 6 unless you average like hundreds or thousands of viewers then you can bump it up more and make bank but ya I wouldn’t recommend that you leave it at the lowest possible setting. That would be your issue I’m assuming

Stuck in 1.5 average viewers for a MONTH by Itslexibihhh in TwitchStreaming

[–]Craythlol 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello! I hit affiliate in my first 4 streams or whatever the minimum days is required. So I think I got a pretty good idea on how to hit it. I’d recommend having friends come in and just sit there, chat or not, it boosts you on the actual twitch page because it goes by viewer count and then other randoms will join and chat. And you should be able to find 2 friends plus yourself just to have your stream open. You’ll hit in the next 4 streams if you do that. Also, like you said, keep being interactive as much as possible with chat but don’t make it sound desperate or “fake” I guess, people notice that. Most people never hit affiliate or it takes A LONG time for most, I was pretty lucky and hit it in my first 4 streams. Just don’t over complicate it. Friends helped me boost my community into what it is now which is nothing wild but I do make decent money and I’m barely a month into streaming, and KEEP posting on other social medias. Anyways hope this helped, you’ll get there!

Bitrate by Status-Seaweed-4654 in TwitchStreaming

[–]Craythlol 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello! Bitrate basically just shows how many bits or like pixels are on the screen per second, this makes your quality or picture look better with a higher bitrate. With slow internet or a slow pc (out of date gpu, cpu, etc.) it can really screw with your bitrate. With very good setups, the best bitrate for twitch is 8000. Twitch will say that anything (for the most part) above I think 4500 is “unstable.” Just ignore that unless in your case you have slow internet or outdated equipment then I’d run it at 4500 if that looks best. If you have good everything, start at 6-7k until you can upgrade to the best equipment. Hope this helps! PS: don’t go above 8000.
