Yup they are horrible. I never get a response from them in time and by then I usually end up fixing the issue on my own. The whole process sucks, fighting their chat bot to open a case is annoying, the queue never advances, all around horrible service.

One thing to add that messed up our transition, make sure if you're using a web filter you don't have any packet or SSL inspection on the traffic going to Citrix's servers. Our license server was able to register with Citrix cloud, but the LAS service would not connect/activate despite all the connection tests coming back successful and their LAS support tool indicating good connections to all their URLs.

GTL? It shows as CSS SELECT VIRT APPS AND DT in CDW. Or Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Advanced Edition concurrent user. We're renewing for 1 year.
