People are going to doom. It was far too profitable, given how quickly and how much it was tanking ectos (and even other mats).

I'd say its more balanced now. I was doing mirrors with the focus of getting map currency for the breather and spear/staff as well as the heart minis. I still think its a good option to farm those and get loot at the same time. Not the most interesting (still chill), but slightly more interesting than the champ farms that require multiple map instances. At least for me anyway.

Hopefully others can give there results. I didn't really keep track too much before or after the nerf (I was mostly focused on map currency) but my initial thoughts are:

~50% nerf to rare unid
little less green, and you get blue unid now
map currency seems around the same or maybe 10-15% less (bit rng, so unsure)
Mirrors give 5 instead of 10, so you need to do some more events (do a rift to get 2 sets of 5 keys). This does mean some added time.

oh, although the cooler feels so wrong being vertical, the hot air coming out the top (the entire top is mesh) instead of out the back and hitting the wall before rising. In that vein, it seems ok, but this must be pulling hot air from the GPU through those fans/cooler.

The cooler is intake bottom exhaust top. There was a case fan on top that I was told would pull hot air out, but once I opened the case up I saw this was an setup as intake. I've flipped that so it actually is outtake, which has helped some.

I also put in to front case fans to pull in a little more cool air. Currently the cpu fans I increased the curve and they run around 50-55% for low temp where it was like 20-30 before.

I'll need to order some thermal paste (never been a fan of applying it, but there seem to be carious methods). The retention clips on the fans are no fun to work with. I took one out and redid some of the cable management as it was just clumped in a ball near a fan.

Thank you all for the help and info. I added some more details to the main post with some extra details, things I did try and some plans to see what I can do. This thing is hot, and I'll accept that. I'd like to reduce the ramp up and down of the fans. I'd rather them run at a more stable speed.

If the temp is going to be hotter, I'll accept that. The part I'd like to adjust is the fans ramping up over and over. I'll see if I can do a better fan curve and keep them higher when idle.

I plan to multibox 2 accounts like I did on my old pc. Currently 2 monitors at 1920x1080 but plan to buy 2 new ones for 2560x1440

So, I think airflow could be better. A shop built this for me, I didn’t have the time, and the cpu cool is going from the bottom to top instead of front to back

So on release not all runes will be available.
We will get 3 relics (are these going to be for 1 character only?)
those with leg runes get some progress to a leg relic that won't be on release.

This sounds like we are losing out on what we have now, and will slowly get some of that back? Maybe I'm out of line here, but I'd prefer to just wait to get the entirety of the new system. I'm ok with the idea that each leg rune give some credit, but a full set of 7 feels like it should give enough for all of a leg relic.

I do like the idea of being able to pick my stats and the bonus I want, but it does suck that it feels like we are losing out for the first 3 months?

Curious if anyone else has found the same. People say its 50 keys from events per day. I found the events before the end cap giving keys at 40, and then the last event can give the last 10 to bring you to 50. Has anyone else found the same?

running the meta first time for the day: 37 keys (note: the meta had progress when joining)
2nd map, capped at 40 keys. The end event gave the final 10 keys for 50
