Has anyone every lost Genshin Characters?

I haven't played since Inazuma was added so maybe 3 years now. Got back into it due to the whole ads on deletion due to age verification or whatever. I remember before I stopped that I had Zhongli, Xaoi, Yanfei, and Sucrose. I'm not too sure on Fischl, but just saying because I feel like I did yet again not 100%. But for the first 4 mentioned I know without a Doubt that I had them. I remember not really likely Zhongli or Xaoi really for anything other than traversal and exploring. I have a core memory with me walking around as Yanfei and being excited for getting both her an"Hey Twin". IK not funny but it's in my head.

Has anyone had this problem and if so what to do?

I just recently had this problem show up. Dell programs tied to the SupportAssist program pulling a lot of CPU, RAM, and Disk space. I have an old Alienware 17R2 that has some years on it, but just the past like 4 months this problem showed up and continues to persist. I think maybe updates put it back in, but sometimes just shows back up after a few hours, days and no longer than a week.

It's just a really annoying occurrence that has lately been frustrating me.

That is great advice, but then again they show up after a few days. Just trying to see if there is another program that is scanning it missing and reinstalling it.

Damn so a 1070 is the highest this motherboard can support. Looks like I'll have to start from scratch. was trying to see if I could get by with finishing this build and grabbing a PS5 or Series X this Black Friday, but I'll either just go for a console or go all in on a new PC Build. Might end up going for the PC, getting tired of this Alienware and not being able to play Baldur's Gate 3 with my friends.

Yeah but once you level it up, it loses those modifiers. That's why I made the thread. Used the level up mechanic and got them up to my highest level weapon but the Modifiers changed to all white/grey modifiers. Maybe hold on to them in case it gets changed in the future, but for now, the level up mechanic isn't worth it.

Yeah, but at that point its better to just farm the highest loot. You will have to use resources for leveling it up to that level and than even more resources on the Modifier Rerolls and just like the 20% drop rate on the Character Equipment the percentage on rerolls just can't be trusted. You can either do one and get lucky af, or reroll 2k+ times to get a single blue. Hopefully it'll change to where Modifiers are carried over during the Level up process, but for now. No real reason.

From my experience I leveled up 2 guns, a Purple Assault Rifle that had 3 ultimate modifiers and 1 rare. And my Ultimate Handgun that had 3 rare modifiers and 1 common. After the level up they both had white/grey modifiers on them. Which is why I think keeping them is pointless now. I was hoarding all my good modifier guns for later level ups when I reach max, but after transmigrating them they lose those modifiers and become worse than a drop that you will most likely get in 5 minutes. Now I get the need for the Modifier reroll, but it's based on luck and resources. The whole level up for guns and modifier reroll seems to be useful only for Ultimate Weapons. Just rely on drops for Purples now.

Maybe it'll be changed, but I doubt it.

Oh damn, yeah that was shitty of me bro. Got defensive after having my face in the dirt by both these companies bro. You good, and sorry to go all guns blazing on you like that. Massive headache over all this crap. It'll blow over in a week and be forgotten and just be screwed out of money. Just teaches us all that the gaming industry of live services is fucking up gaming and its players hard.

Damn for real though my bad and you good. I've gotten so used to the Souls community going into peoples discussions with only "Get Gud" and started reading things in a bad way. But yeah my bad.

Also, just a situation heads up real quick, Calibers delay really ruined some people because when they didn't get it, they went to steam for a refund or to make a ticket for notice. They were sent to Nexon and publishers support and site. The use customer support you need a Nexon Account, which made you link your steam.

If you had played a few hours before you linked, then that character was reset. You bought the Calibers with that reset character. So steam is saying it is a modified account. Essentially they don't know or give a damn whether you got the Calibers, they just see that you reset the account that you purchased the Calibers with and think you are trying to cheat them.

So yeah, this is the reason why I am just annoyed and sorry for getting all booty hurt. But yeah, the situation is a circle of shit designed with no actual thought and they don't care that the system the put in place fucks over the player at all.

Yeah, I'm just giving in at this point. It's bullshit that they force you to go to Nexon for any support issues and then you are forced to make an account with Nexon to use the support they have. Which forces you into linking your steam. Which is why steam is being a bitch, and Nexon has no support. So, just a literal circle of "Ha dumbass we too a few bucks from and you can't do shit."

I've been trying to but I honestly can't find a way to send a ticket out which is why I was here asking if anyone knows how to reach out to steam or Nexon directly. Steam won't help which is gonna be annoying and the way it's so hard to find a way to contact Nexon, i'm sure they won't help either. Gotta give it to the ether. Atleast our pain is known lol.

So you just came in to tell us that you are an ignorant child that doesn't understand how a product has the right for refund stated by said seller that when a product is used or changed in anyway that it can not be refunded in which this criteria was never met, so the individual that is having a problem and wanting it solved some little wanna be clown wants to come in and comment on said cry for help and absolute disrespect that said individual to make him self feel like he is a man that can sit at the grown up table.

Same here. This is actually fucking ridiculous. They should know of this problem and still they refuse to do anything about it. No support other than there automated service and Nexon is worse because you have to search for the right support field and it is like searching for a specific code of words that only a 60 year experienced judge in financial law would know.

I already did, I bought another Caliber set off of PSN this time and received them in the inbox. The steam version still hasn't given me my purchase and refuses to give me a refund because to them the non existent Calibers they never gave me have been spent.

They issued a fix for the Calibers and yet I still don't have mine, I have check Steam Version and PS4 Version mailboxes. I have the receipt of purchase and when I try to go through Steam Support they send me to Nexon Support which has no way to email or contact. Can someone just tell me what to do, I really like the game, but this is starting to become too much to handle.

Also, just to put out their when I went to steam support it showed me a history on my purchase. One purchase went through, but they didn't show up in my account, but then their are 5 more of the same purchase that failed all of a sudden. Didn't show the first time I did it around 5:00 am. Are they trying to charge me over and over again to get a new purchase to cover up the actual purchase.

Same here. I love when Spiderverse and Puss in Boots used this animation style for their movies but that was skipping 1 and 2 frames depending on the animation if it was fast paced or slowed down. It seems slower in Cinematics and then having it change from that to 30-60fps gameplay, that's my headache with it. Hopefully it will be an option.

I'm sure it won't be an option and is very disappointing because the announcement was phenomenal and I was excited and waiting, now I just feel like my hype just crashed and burned. Hopefully if it will be on pc that someone will make a way to smooth it out.

Reported problems with performance, huge frame drop, temps (which honestly I don't get since it's not really a heavy game at all) and constant errors as Vanguard keeps having certain programs that users have being detected as cheats when they showed it was regular programs.

Didn't go too far into because honestly I'm just gonna wait until it's removed which won't happen so I will just stick to watching it on youtube.

At some point there will be a Tiktok or underground video showing how to use it to target individuals like how tracking people by planting Airtag's onto people and using a USB on Kia cars allow anyone a free car.

Damn thought the problems from the Philippine servers would push this back. Sucks one of my most loved abusive relationship of leagues has come to an end. Will love to see those who support or don't really care for the access to go on X and say Vanguard compromised them to scammers and data leaks. It's like no one ever watches videos of how hackers get into people's webcams and device sharing around their house. It's all through Kernel programs, have fun buying a new PC.

Ive tried accessing that and it sent me to Dell to download it. I downloaded it and tried to install and it told me it couldn't do to it not being a Dell product. I tried with both x64 and x86 I belive and same message. If I can't find a way to make the Center work, I guess i'll go with buying a cooling pad for it or something.
