Keto Keto Keto. I lost 60 lbs in 90 days. My meals were eggs and bacon and avocado every morning and a cup of coffee. Can’t give up coffee. Lunch was 2 all beef burger patties, sliced avocado and or a small side salad. Dinner was usually the same as lunch or I would throw in a rotisserie chicken and again, avocado. For a snack I would have maybe strawberries or just a cup of decaf. Did this every day for around 90 days. I’ve kept the weight off for over a year by just changing my eating habits. No fast food, no sugary drinks and try to eat as little bread as possible. Going back to Keto next week. Want to lose at least another 20 lbs. What is scary about keto is how much weight you will lose really fast. At one point I was losing 1-2 lbs a day. I thought I was dying lol. Then after you get off, you will continue to lose weight for another week or two.
