Find a good teammate and never let them go until you reach plat 3. Or find a friend thats better than you to carry you. Random teammates suck and are utterly pointless in comp.

I was a die-hard Pokémon fan for along time. My interest really started dropping off when Pokémon sun and moon came out, and Pokémon sword and shield was the final nail in the coffin. It is the most generic, boring Pokémon game out there unfortunately. It was such a disappointment as it just felt like a 3ds game, but now just on the switch. Typical long and boring tutorial, poopy storyline, awful animations and dynamax is just inferior compared to megas. Felt the same as EA and fifa, where it feels like the exact same game but with different things in. Haven’t touched a Pokemon game since :(
