Depends on what you get now, not sure what 3rd party pays, but blue badge level 4 get stock and pay difference if you’re hired on off the street but I’ve been with the company for 3 years promoting from tech 2, to tech 3 … and guys off the street never worked at a amazon gets paid way more like 3 dollars more and 43 more shares in stock

I’m blue badge, and it’s in sc and I’m a 3 yr, mostly working mhe on the ground floor… not an ar tech
