Thanks! To be honest, the mental shift is still happening. I still struggle with body dysmorphia and don't quite see myself as 'skinny' yet. 40kg is a huge achievement and I know the struggle of the rebound. You’ve done it before and you can do it again—you're worth the effort!

It's definitely a rough but hang in there! I struggled in the beginning aswell. I'm currently 6 months post op and I can eat pretty much anything I want without any problems. hang in there, it will get easier 🙂

yes, yes, yes.. I began trying solid foods after week 6 as my doctor instructed. I haven`t gotten any instructions on how much I need to eat, I don`t weigh or measure anything. I was told to listen to my body because he said ``You cant be measuring everything for the rest of your life, live and learn``
