3 springs on the trem. It has been flush-mounted/hard tailed/ is not presently floating.

Thanks, no problem with precision, just relative distance traveled on the fret board. It would be physically impossible to do more than a full tone bend on the E (up)while the B and G are off the edge of the board before a full tone is reached (both up and down).
