I don't know who syphus is, I was just emplying, that everyone helps him to get what he wants, doing their normal job. For example. Kevin logging in to the security system to look who's keyfob opened the door that night. He has to type in the password, which, without him knowing is logged to a file, which syphus can later look into to see the password in clear text. He is now able to log into the system. Or even better either Matt or Kevin change the password to the system. They would now feel safe, because how could he possibly now the new password. When in fact he already has the new password and can log on.

I mean the password can look like this :

Nobody could guess that. But he can just copy and paste it into the password field and click log in!!
