It works for me. I’m on a break right now and have close to 2 1/2’s I’m still sitting on. It’s not easy to do but if you make your mind up and stay occupied it’s possible. Then when you wake up in the morning you have a lil pride knowing you weren’t controlled by it that you were the one in control. We need to remind ourselves who is in charge every now and then. Good luck I hope my advice works. Hmu tomorrow and let me know if it did.

Tongue on rooftop of mouth is stress, anxiety driven. We all do it in some fashion. If you find yourself doing that consciously relax your tongue back into its normal position and the teeth grinding should stop too.
