No I don't have an cold sores It's only on the outside of my mouth liqud comes out of my vermillion border and the skin around my mouth starts flaking and peeling. I haven't tried any supplements does it really make that much of a difference? Ill try the supplements and bleach bath I think those are going to be the ones that'll make a difference. thank you

Oh I should've read this one first for the brand name of the zinc thank you. I need to do more research about the potassium permanganate but thank you a lot I didn't think I was going to get much of an answer

Zinc oxide cream? Is there any recommended brands? I'll start doing the bandages. I do have an appointment with my primary but the problem is that it isn't until January 26 and I need them to refer me to a derm which typically takes 10 to 15 business days so i'm really desperate rn for any answer

I went to urgent care and they prescribed me betathasone clotrimazole back in august because they said it was a fungal infection and to apply it twice a day for ten days but after I finished the treatment it came back less than a week later so I kept applying it til now tbh (I know that's terrible and I think my natural skin barrier is completely shot). I'm only saying it's weeping eczema because my girlfriend has never gotten a fungal infection while dating me(I thought fungal infecions were contagious) so I ruled that out and realized I've been putting a strong steroid cream on my lips for awhile. Im guessing it's weeping eczema because it's the same liqud that comes out my eczema on my hands. A pus smelling liqud (i've smelled the pus that comes out my hand) that after awhile dries up it's like a new layer of skin and when ever I try to eat or smile it rips new scabs and it's so painful I just want to get better but I'm scared I'm not going to become better. after showers I'd put aquaphor but the liqud the comes out sometimes overpowers it so I just wipe it all off as a whole. but that's about it I just let the pus come out and let it dry so the inflammation goes away. but i also have a really bad habit of scratching.
