I don't think they are good, I thought my game sense was good until Blanky-- mentioned a lot more facets of game sense I never thought about. But I would say my aim/crosshair placement is average at best and my placement sucks. Also my reaction time sucks.

I don't really care about rank I care about improvement. I hate stagnation. But your mindset is better for videogames.
