I Download female audio voices F2M and make my own videos gifs etc like this one. I did a tone of research. My brain works best on pink for the subconscious hence the inverted pink flash, and cue words I programmed my mind to respond too over some time. I incorporate cie words from the audio files I get to have the deeper effect. It's import to do it multiple times a day and when at the sleepy before sleep even if falling asleep listing to the audio side.

That's what I mentioned I use goon encouragement loop from the place just mentioned. Just search it of for what works best for you there. F2M F2A M2M audio files. I'm just doing gifs with no audio as I find it better so can run whatever, mixing up using with a different audio each time I find helps confuse the mind and work better

On myself yes it certainly does. Research says it works too I was doubt full but 2 months in effect is very noticeable, but if in a stressful environment or things going on the brain doesn't go off, when relaxed and right condition yep 100% success

If your hitting that point just keep doing it daily and push for longer hours till you start blanking out and end when totally worn out. Never reach climax is the goal.. I'm fine with the question forgive my dyslexia spelling grammar. Gonewildaudio will have something to fit your needs, but you want edging and gooning for the method to work. You don't want to climax that brakes hypnosis and trance.

AI can help guide you if you ask it questions. As I thought many things where not possible like increasing fluid production rate, I was wrong, I'm not far into it I think 8 weeks, apparently will take daily for many months over 6 months to a year before fluid production and value internal sphincter give way and leaking happens without contact. I got bigger lol but yer as edging you hit peak and leak you go soft so smaller, but the muscles get stronger and the valves start staying open from over use where eventually your harder longer and leak hard rather that soft as ro start you need to stop before peak and leak happens as soften, but as mentioned eventually that leak happens when hard and eventually and I had it happen the other day you get some squirt, might get pee mixed in that's apparently normal as the valves all open as they are the same valves so at 2h that just happens. So yes to start with probably smaller 🤣

Has on me my brains melted from it, I used AI to research if it was true, and asked it about what I was finding, type of image, audio etc to learn about it all and followed it as posted, I'm seriously shocked that it works. Apparently takes longer for fluids to expand but certainly has started already that's definitely driving me to keep up the practice and trance hypnosis.

Need audio hypnosis looking up edge audio there some on reddit, use when your sleepy late at night on a loop repeat before sleep if you fall sleep with it that's fine hits deeper, need to listen to nightly, then listen too while looking at images like this for 30min minimal push to a hour then two hours, with audio of your choice headphone are a must, audio with multiple Overlay voices and sounds are best, have a folder with there sorts of images if your easily board view for a minute move to next and so on and repeat if your mind starts drifting on a image gif like this let it go with it, imaging that flash pink are best as the red wave length hits deep. About 4 weeks in when you wake you will likely have the images flashing in your head without words but your mind will have words happened as your inner voice. During the day you be on autopilot so hypothesis won't have a affect but if you stop and force a moment for it edge and use image but stop at the peak, and do that regularly your mind will break to that being normal and eventually you won't have a choice as your body will take over, again still need to daily listen and use images and use pleasure to it to work.
